My Background: How I Got Here

My journey into health and wellness began over a decade ago when I faced my own health struggles—and Western medicine didn’t have the answers. I’ve always been someone who questions everything and does deep research, but when even the doctors didn’t have solutions, I had to start looking for them myself.

What began as a personal search for healing quickly became an obsession. I started reading four or more books a month, listening to hundreds of hours of podcasts, and diving into topics like:
